Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that BlueArctic Waste Solutions, LLC (BlueArctic) filed TA15-756, seeking to update its residential landfill disposal surcharge. BlueArctic proposes an increase of its residential landfill disposal surcharge from 9.5 percent to 13.5 percent. The increase of the residential landfill disposal surcharge is due to an increase in the Municipality of Anchorage’s disposal fees from $65.75 per ton to $69.73 per ton at the Regional Landfill, and from $76.38 to $81.02 at the Central Transfer Station.

This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
