NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE
ALASKA STUDENT LOAN CORPORATION

The Alaska Student Loan Corporation (ASLC) Board will meet on Thursday, January 28, 2021, from 1:30 p.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m.  The meeting will originate from the offices of the Corporation at 3030 Vintage Boulevard, Juneau, Alaska. This meeting is open to the public and will be conducted via distance delivery.  Individuals seeking to join the meeting should not appear in person, but should call-in using the information below.

Agenda items will include an overview of the annual review of the Corporation’s Investment Policy by the ASLC subcommittee along with consideration and approval of staff recommendations by the full board.  The board will also hear information on the topic of the 2013 Refunding Note that bears interest at a rate tied to London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR).  Circumstances may cause items to be added or deleted from the agenda.
