Amended RFP - Anchorage Pioneer Home Resident Renovations Project Number ANC 21-06C

****Amendment #4 issued 1/4/21 serves to replace drawing sheet A2.0. Please refer to Addendum #4 and the document titled "PioneerHome_ADD_4_A2.0.pdf" uploaded on 1/4/21.

****Amendment #3 issued 12/28/20 serves to provide clarification on submittal packages, deadline for questions, fire extinguishers and fire extinguisher cabinets and answers contractor questions. Please refer to the attached addendum for details. Bidders are required to acknowledge this addendum on the bid form.****

****Amendment #2 issued 12/03/20 serves to notify interested contractors of the option to schedule a pre-bid tour and to change the proposal deadline. Please refer to the attached addendum for details.****

****Amendment #1 issued 11/30/20 serves to cancel the Pre-Bid walkthrough and extend the bid deadline. Please refer to the attached addendum for details.****

Proposers are invited to submit proposals consisting of a price proposal and a technical proposal (see Section 00022), for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work for the project described in the attached request for proposals.
