REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Sealed Proposals for Facilities – Southcentral 2020 Job Order Construction Contract, Program Number PF-JOCC-2020-1, will be received until 4:00 p.m., December 7, 2020 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract is to perform maintenance, repair, and minor construction work related to state buildings in Southcentral Alaska.  Contractor shall be responsible for both design and construction work.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year. The anticipated period of performance is two (2) years from date of Contract execution, with up to two (2) one-year option periods.
