General Information

The State of Alaska, Office of Procurement and Property Management (OPPM), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Water (DOW), is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to assist and provide a new Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), that will maintain accurate records, historical and current permitting matrix, fee tracking, compliance and enforcement date, and flow date to the EPA’s Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS) database.

Date RFP Issued: November 6, 2020

Pre-Proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be held at 11:00 am, Alaska Time, on Thursday, NOVEMBER 19, 2020 via WebEx.

All interested offerors must register with the Procurement Officer via email address at decdasprocurement@alaska.gov.

RFP question submission deadline: November 19, 2020
