Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) filed TA338-13, requesting approval of a special contract with Aurora Energy Solutions LLC (AE Solutions). AE Solutions has recently acquired Superior Pellet Fuels, LLC (Superior Pellet). GVEA has an existing special contract with Superior Pellet which the Commission approved in 2017.
AE Solutions would like to continue the special contract with GVEA with no modifications to the terms and conditions. Through this filing, GVEA is requesting Commission approval of administrative changes to the special contract with Superior Pellet to reflect the acquisition of Superior Pellet by AE Solutions.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
