The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has determined that the request for modification of the Valdez Comprehensive Landfill permit, described below, is complete. ADEC is proposing to issue a solid waste permit modification for the facility.

OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION:
ADEC is seeking comment regarding the proposed permit only. Notice is given that any person interested may present written comments relevant to the proposed permit to ADEC. Written comments will be included in the record if received before 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2020.
