The FAST Planning Draft Title VI Plan is now available for a 30-day public review and comment period. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in any program or activity that receives Federal funds or other Federal financial assistance. The FAST Planning Title VI Plan is meant to address how the organization plans to continually provide the public with opportunity to access meetings and activities associated with all its projects and programs.
