The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08198 (Lot 1C, Block 400), consisting of approximately 21,125 square feet, at Willow Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: BAL, Inc. d/b/a Willow Air Service. Annual rent: $2,006.88. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Maintenance of office building, seasonal installation of docks into Willow Lake, tiedown of float equipped aircraft, operation of 2,000 gallon fuel tank placed on concrete pad for fueling of Lessee’s aircraft only (commercial fuel sales not permitted), and parking of Lessee's and their customers vehicles.

This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., September 28, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
