NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION ON RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD-Curbside and Home Delivery-amended

 

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION

ON RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD-Curbside/Home Delivery - Amended

 

On April 22, 2020, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted an amendment to emergency regulation in 3 AAC 304 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with COVID-19 outbreak, including the following:

 

(1)        3 AAC 304.925 is amended to allow home delivery of alcoholic beverages by a brewery or a winery licensed under Title 4.

 

The amended emergency regulation took effect April 23, 2020, and will expire August 13, 2020. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board does not intend to make the emergency regulation permanent.

 

Note: The expiration of this amended emergency regulation follows the original emergency regulation effective date, the 120 days do not start over.
