NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY REGULATION
ON RESPONSE TO COVID-19 OUTBREAK OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD
On April 15, 2020, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in 3 AAC 304 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with COVID-19 outbreak, including the following:
(1) 3 AAC 304 is amended by adding new sections in response to COVID-19 outbreak: allow curbside delivery and home delivery of alcoholic beverages by certain Title 4 licensees
The emergency regulation takes effect April 16, 2020, and will expire August 13, 2020. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board does not intend to make the emergency regulation permanent.
