Native Village of Port Graham
Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: Native Village of Port Graham
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Port Graham, Alaska
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 32 of Township 9 South, Range 15 West, Seward Meridian.
REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant has applied for an easement to consolidate five existing community sewer ocean outfalls into one new outfall in a new location. The five pre-existing outfall lines will be disconnected, and the submerged portions will be abandoned in place. The previously proposed authorization for the five pre-existing community sewer outfall lines was noticed under this ADL on March 11th, 2014. The easement, if approved, may differ from that described herein.
REQUESTED TERM: Indefinite

The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 W. 7th Ave. Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
