MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD MEETING
APRIL 10, 2020
ANCHORAGE, AK

Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.111, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a special meeting on April 10, 2020, to consider items related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2020 and will be telephonic. The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338; code 69176#. The meeting is open to the public to attend at any time during the meeting. The board will reserve a time period on Friday, April 10, 2020, for public comment regarding items not on the agenda and not relating to regulations currently out for public comment. 

The State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development and the Marijuana Control Board comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids or services or special modifications to participate in this public meeting should contact the Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office by email at amco.admin@alaska.gov by Wednesday, April 8, 2020, to make any necessary arrangements.
