Anchorage Area Drainage Improvements FY2019 Design Services
RFP No. 25202061
The work under this contract consists of one (1) of three (3) sites with drainage-related issues having the potential to affect the mobility and safety of the traveling public on State-owned roadways on the National Highway System. A description of this site and preliminary recommendations are as follows:
McHugh Creek Cross Culverts. Two (2) existing pipes cross under Seward Hwy (near MP 111.8) at the McHugh Creek State Recreation Area site access point are exhibiting early signs of potential failures. A dip in the roadway has formed over the pipe crossings.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately April 2020 to September 2020. Cost of these professional services is between $100,000 and $150,000.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than March 31, 2020 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
