The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to increase the area of Lease ADA-09243, Lot 1D, Block 100 at Birchwood Airport by an additional 17,000 square feet, for a proposed total of  approximately 29,700 square feet - the additional 17,000 square feet is the only area open to competition. Applicant: Debra J. Bartlett and Bradley S. Bartlett. Annual rent: $2,910.60. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of an aircraft hangar for private and commercial use; aircraft maintenance and repair; aircraft and vehicle parking; fueling of Lessee’s aircraft only; subleasing to individuals and businesses for the same use.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., April 20, 2020, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
