The Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services, is requesting proposals for a qualified instructor to provide Microsoft Office Suite Computer instruction to offenders at the Hiland-Mountain Correctional Center (HMCC). A more detailed description is located under the Scope of Work in this solicitation.
