Requirement:  The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHS&EM), is seeking competitive quotes to hire a consultant with an Alaska PE or SE license to set up and implement a pilot program for conducting Rapid Visual Screenings (RVS) of Fire Departments using FEMA 154/ROVER, as specified within this RFQ.

Period of Performance:  The period of performance All field work to be completed by May 15 2020.  Complete draft report delivered to DHS&EM by June 15 2020.  Final Report delivered before July 15, 2020.

Solicitation Closing Date & Time:  December 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time. Late quotes will not be accepted.
