NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Construction Administration for Crooked Creek Airport Improvements
RFP No 25202050
The Contractor shall provide Construction Administration Services for the Crooked Creek Airport Improvements Project. Services include, but are not limited to: engineering, construction inspection, SWPPP inspection, materials testing, documentation, GPS surveying, CAD drafting, pay item quantity calculations, and office work on the project to assure that the construction contractor’s work is accomplished in conformance with the contract documents, federal funding agency requirements, and applicable permits. The Contracting Agency may add Construction Administration services for up to four (4) additional unnamed roads and potential airport projects to the contract by amendment during the original performance period. Other project closeout packages within the Central Region may also be negotiated and added by amendment within the original contract period.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately January 2020 through July 2022. Cost of these professional services is expected to be over $1,000,000.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available November 22, 2019 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than December 17, 2019, 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
