NOTICE OF ADOPTED CHANGES TO THE REGULATIONS

GLACIER/WINNER CREEK SPECIAL USE AREA

On November 4, 2019, the Department of Natural Resources adopted changes in Title 11 of the Alaska Administrative Code dealing with land use permitting on state-owned lands within the Glacier/Winner Creek Special Use Area. This regulation is specifically 11 AAC 96.014(b)(16) dealing with the Glacier/Winner Creek Special Use Area. The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 21, 2019, and will go into effect on December 21, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 232, January 2020 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
