NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

ANC Architectural/Engineering Services Term Agreement 2020

RFP No. 25202042 

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional architectural, engineering and related professional services to support planning, design, and construction projects at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Professional services may include investigations, analysis, planning, design, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, permitting and bidding assistance, construction administration, and other related services for various ANC facilities projects.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the initial Agreement is approximately January 2020 to January 2022.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be over $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available November 20, 2019, and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than December 12, 2019 at 4:00pm, prevailing time.
