On September 19, 2019, the Board of Professional Counselors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 62 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern the standards of practice for distance professional services.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on October 11, 2019, and will go into effect on November 10, 2019. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 232, January 2020 of the Alaska Administrative Code
