The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is soliciting competitive proposals for a project management firm to provide project managers for disaster projects, as they arise, to act on behalf of the State and/or Community agent by overseeing FEMA and/or State disaster grant projects from beginning through project closeout with Alaskan communities.

Pre-Proposal Conference.  A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. local Alaska time on October 16, 2019 via teleconference call-in. Interested parties should register with the Procurement Office. Information regarding the conference can be found on page 6 of the attached RFP. 

Deadline for Receipt of Proposals. Current deadline for receipt of proposals in response to the subject RFP is 2:00 p.m. Alaska time on October 29, 2019. Information on submitting proposals can be found in the attached RFP. Late offers will be rejected.
