NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

HSIP: Bogard Road at Engstrom Road/Green Forest Drive Intersection
Improvements Environmental & Design Support Services
RFP No:  25202032

The Contracting Agency intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for engineering and design support services to realign Engstrom Road or Green Forest Drive to create on intersection with four approaches. Services are anticipated to include electrical engineering design and construction support, roundabout design peer review and support, public involvement, landscape designs, and a phased traffic control plan.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is December 2019 through December 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be between $250,000 and $500,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available October 7, 2019 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than October 28, 2019 at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
