NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Pre-Stressed/Pre-Cast and Concrete Inspection, Sampling, and Testing Term Agreement 2019

The Contracting Agency intends to enter into a negotiated professional services agreement for pre-stressed / pre-cast concrete inspection, sampling, and testing services within the State of Alaska. Services are normally provided at the locale where the component(s) is being fabricated.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately two years from date of issue (anticipated November 2019 through November 2021) with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods, and an additional year for the completion of prior authorized services. Cost of these professional services is expected to be $1,000,000 or greater.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available September 24, 2019 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK before 4:00 p.m. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than October 15, 2019 at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time.
