Lease Agreement ADA32301 Pegasus Aviation Services, LLC at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute a Terminal Use Permit ADA-32301 for a ring down phone located in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.  APPLICANT: Pegasus Aviation Services, LLC. TERM: August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2024 Annual Fees: Terminal Use Permit $250.00 and Maintenance $500.00.  Authorized Uses: Direct phone line for flight crew members to contact Pegasus employees.

This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Attn: Peggy Baker, Leasing Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before Sept. 13, 2019, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the . Terminal Use Permit.
