INVITATION TO BIDDERS
The State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids for
Cripple Creek Crossing, Project No. 52959-2
near Healy, Alaska.
Work includes:
Construct a crossing at Cripple Creek for access to future reclamation work at the abandoned Cripple Creek extraction pit near Healy, AK. The work consists of subgrade modifications to the existing access, mechanically stabilized walls, concrete abutments, a 40-foot single span pre-manufactured bridge, excavation, embankment, and riprap installation.
The bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W 7th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565. The Department will assemble, open, and then publicly announce the timely-received bids at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 1340; Anchorage, AK 99501, at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable.
Bids may be held by the Division for a period of forty (40) calendar days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
