PROPOSAL TO LEASE STATE LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, proposes to execute a Land Use Permit at Fairbanks International Airport for Block 3, Lot 12A, containing approximately 41,816 square feet.  The file number is ADA-90871, and the applicant is Chevron Environmental Management Company.  The term of the permit is five years.  Annual rent for the land is $9,199.52, at the rate of $0.22 per square foot per year.
