This five year permit was originally authorized on 7/22/2013 for 10 round trips per year by those listed on the trapping cabin permits only and only for the purpose of cabin and trail maintenance. There are no known issues regarding this activity during the previous authorized term. In this most recent application, Mr. Dougherty has requested up to 6 personnel, however, this will not be authorized as only 3 individuals (Jack and Judy Windsor and Andrew Dougherty) are listed in the referenced trapping cabin permits.  Requested use of the road is via four wheel drive pickups to MP 32, as well as ATVs and snow machines when traveling off of the road.
