Proposed Project and Location:
JBER operates a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). The storm water from the facility is proposed to be discharged to Knik Arm at the Port of Anchorage and into Ship Creek adjacent to the base.

Tentative Determination:
DEC has tentatively determined to reissue an individual permit to the above listed activity.

Please contact the Anchorage office (555 Cordova Street, Anchorage, AK 99501; 907-269-6285) to arrange for hard copies of the documents to be available for your review.
