PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
KOKHANOK, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.460(1) the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease for the following described parcels of Municipal Trust land to the Bristol Bay Housing Authority:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 31, Township 8 South, Range 32 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska within the Iliamna Recording District, containing 5.773 acres more or less, more particularly identified as Lots 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15 of Plat No. 96-6.
The Kokhanok Village Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the Native Village of Kokhanok, adopted a resolution on April 8, 2019 approving the granting of a lease and the waiver of the fair market value requirement.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease.
