This is notice of the intent to award a contract. The numbers shown here are a tabulation of the evaluation scores. The responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal was determined in writing to be the Apparent Successful Offeror shall be awarded the contract. An offeror who wishes to protest this Notice of Intent must file the protest within ten calendar days following the date this notice is issued. If the event the tenth calendar day falls on a weekend or holiday, the last day of the protest period is the first working day, following the tenth calendar day. The offeror identified here as the Apparent Successful Offeror is instructed not to proceed until a contract is fully executed, and written notice is given by the Procurement Officer or Project Manager. A company or person who proceeds prior to receiving written notice from the Procurement Officer or Project Manager does so without a contract and at their own risk.
