Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that BlueArctic Waste Solutions, LLC (BlueArctic) filed TA8-756, proposing to revise its rule for applications of service. Specifically, BlueArctic proposes to include that applications for service may be made via correspondence or electronic means. In addition, an application may consist of an e-contract and, as applicable, a credit application.

This notice does not contain every pertinent revision or request associated with each filing. The Commission may approve a rate, rule, or classification which varies from that proposed.
