The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), Facilities Planning and Construction is seeking
proposals from qualified contractors to remove existing roof system, add a new mineral cap surfaced, built-up asphalt roof system with new insulation and vapor retarder at the Mat-Su Campus Fred & Sara Machentanz Building as outlined in the provided construction design drawings and specifications dated January 15, 2019 in accordance with RFP No. 19-07, the technical specifications, and contract drawings. 

The work consists of but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary, in accordance with the contract documents, to complete the roof replacement at the Mat-Su Campus Fred & Sara Machentanz Building:
