The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Program Development, Alaska Community Transit (ACT), is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide for administration of a drug and alcohol compliance monitoring program. The successful offeror will operate and maintain ACT’s Drug & Alcohol Compliance Monitoring Program (DACMP), providing consulting services, technical assistance, and training to both ACT and subrecipients of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant money.
Proposals are due no later than 3:00 PM (Alaska Time) February 25, 2019 at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive (PO Box 112500), Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska 99811-2500.

Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
