The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), Facilities Planning and Construction is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to renovate Kenai Peninsula College Walter E. Ward Building as outlined in the provided construction design drawings and specifications dated December 21, 2018 in accordance with RFP No. 19-06, the technical specifications, and contract drawings. 

The work consists of but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary, in accordance with the contract documents, to complete the renovation of the UAA KPC Welding Lab:
