AMENDMENT #1 serves to: Change the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS item 3. SUBMITTING BIDS to allow for electronic submission of bids.

 
The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Statewide Contracting & Procurement, is soliciting bids to result in a contract that will provide elevator maintenance for Alaska Marine Highway System (AMHS) ferry vessels that are equipped with various makes and models of elevators.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. In order to be considered responsive, bidders must bid on all items.

The Bid Opening is scheduled for 2:00 PM (Alaska Time) January 11, 2019, at DOT/PF Headquarters, 3132 Channel Drive, Room 350 in Juneau, Alaska.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
