Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed TL37-305, seeking to update the Monthly Service Payment for pipeline services provided to Petro Star, Inc. GVEA proposes to increase the monthly service payment from $389,702 to $408,665. GVEA requested an effective date of January 1, 2019, for TL37-305.
