Tudor HQ Public Safety Dispatch Center Design Services

The Contractor shall provide professional design and construction services for the design and construction of a new dispatch center, located within the existing Department of Public Safety, Alaska Bureau of Investigations (ABI) building located at 5500 Tudor Road, Anchorage, AK. The Contracting Agency anticipates the Contractor will also provide professional design and construction services for the re-roof of the ABI Building. 

Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately January 2019 to January 2020. Cost of these professional services is expected to be less than $200,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available December 3, 2018 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00pm. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than December 17, 2018, 4:00 pm prevailing time.
