The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit use of Lots 4 and 5, Block 700, consisting of approximately 94,988.08 square feet (Permit ADA-72528), at the Barrow Airport for approximately 16 months, to expire May 1, 2020. Applicant: Lynden Air Cargo LLC. Authorized uses: aviation – parking, loading, and unloading aircraft with freight and mail, in the operation of a Part 121 Air Carrier Operation. Annual rent:  $15,483.06.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 31, 2018, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment, objection, or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
