The Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, is soliciting proposals for courier services in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley to support the Newborn Bloodspot Screening (NBS) Program. The successful service will pick up bloodspot specimens from various sites, consolidate them into a single bulk package, and ship that package to the State's designated laboratory. Courier service must operate 7 days a week and be compliant with specimen handling requirements.
