Public Notice: Commercial Land Lease ADL 226542

Subject to AS 38.05.810(a) the Southcentral Region Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 20-year lease to the Jim Baumgartner dba Moody’s Marina. For a 0.76-acre, more or less, portion of shorelands for the continuing maintenance and operation of an existing bulkhead dock, located in the Mosquito Point, City of Aleknagik. The proposed site is located within the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 25, Township 10 South, Range 56 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Decision. A copy of the Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx or is available in hardcopy upon request.
