Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 2501000015, Fairbanks DNR Building Cooling Capacity Upgrade, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, October 9, 2018, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of increasing the existing chiller capacity for the DNR office structure by replacing the existing chiller and cooling coil with larger capacity units, together with larger capacity electrical feed and piping system.

Engineer's Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000.

The project completion date is July 31, 2019.
