The Alaska Energy Authority (AEA), is seeking bids for 19023 Twin Hills Power System Upgrade.
Work under this Contract is for the construction of an electrical intertie in Twin Hills, Alaska. There are 3 additive alternates that include the construction of distribution system upgrades, standby power module, and distribution South extension. See Specification Section 011000 Summary of Work for detailed descriptions of each bid item and additive alternate.

Submission of Bids - Bidders shall submit sealed bids in single (1) copy. All Bids including any modifications or withdrawals shall be received prior to the bid opening. Bids will be publicly opened at Authority’s Office on October 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time, Willow Conference Room, 813 West Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage AK 99503.
