Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Middle Kuskokwim Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MKEC) filed tariff revision TA147-343 seeking to make housekeeping revisions to its tariff.
With TA147-343, MKEC proposes to update the address to which payments can be mailed. In addition, MKEC proposes to add that credit card payments are accepted. Finally, MKEC proposes to updates its tariff to reflect the language required by AS 42.45.120(l) for notice to customers eligible to receive Power Cost Equalization.
This notice may not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification, which varies from that proposed.
