NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH
IMPROVEMENTS AND INVITATION FOR BIDS
NOTICE is given that the State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), proposes to sell real property with a multiple family (duplex) residence, at fair market value, described as Lot 6, Nix Subdivision, as shown on Plat No. 77-191, dated September 1, 1977, located within the Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, EXCEPTING therefrom that portion retained as right-of-way for State/Federal Project No. Z545990000 / 0001(457) and shown on recorded Plat No. 2018-41, dated June 20, 2018, with a site address of 11601 Nix Court, Anchorage, Alaska, 99515.
Public comments must be received at least seven days before the bid opening and may be submitted to the DOT&PF, Right of Way (ROW) Section, attention Fred Thoerner, P.O. Box 196900, Anchorage, Alaska 99519-6900. The transfer of ROW by the DOT&PF is authorized by Alaska Statutes, Section 19.05.070 (b) (2).

Bids, amendments, or withdrawals transmitted by mail must be received in the above-specified post office box no later than 7 hours prior to the scheduled time of bid opening. Hand-delivered bids, amendments, or withdrawals must be received by Sharon L. Smith, P.E., Chief of Contract, at the Contracts Section, 4111 Aviation Ave, prior to the scheduled time of bid opening. Bidders may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
The DOT&PF reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The successful bidder may be required to apply for and receive a re-plat of the land from the municipal planning and zoning authority.
