In accordance with 17 AAC 45.300, the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 7A, Block 700, consisting of approximately 21,000 square feet (ADA-09180), at Dillingham Airport by offering it for Sealed Bid. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Any airport land use activity that involves or is directly related to the operation of aircraft (17 AAC 45.990.108) Minimum Bid: $3,108 per year. Term: Based upon the dollar amount of improvements to be constructed on the property, starting with a minimum required investment of $37,500 for a term of 10 years, up to an investment of $375,000 for a term of up to 55 years.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 p.m. (Alaska Standard Time) on Monday, September 17, 2018. At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read.  Bids received after the designated time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned unopened.
