The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to allow the use of a parcel of land known as Parcel E, consisting of approximately 2.31 acres (ADA-72519), at Kivalina Airport for 25 years without fee.  Applicant:  City of Kivalina.  Authorized uses:  Construction, operation and maintenance of an evacuation road.
