INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for APK Building: South Chiller Addition, Program Number: RSA0560707A, will be received before 2:00 p.m., August 17, 2018 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

The Work under this state funded contract includes as Basic Bid the furnishing and installation of mechanical cooling systems, and as Additive Alternate the demolition of the existing well water cooling system, and related work, at the Andrew P Kashevaroff (APK) Building in Juneau, Alaska for the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (Department).

There will be a project site visit on July 31, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Contact the Project Manager Matt Tanaka at matt.tanaka@alaska.gov for details.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 (Basic Bid Only). The Project Substantial Completion date is April 12, 2019.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
