Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Oliktok Pipeline Company (Oliktok) filed TL46-334 proposing new rules for transportation of natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL). Oliktok also proposes inception rates for NGL transportation.
Oliktok requests that the Commission cancel Oliktok’s Tariff No. 3 and grant permanent approval of Oliktok’s Tariff No. 4 to be effective August 21, 2018. Oliktok proposes these changes in order to facilitate its conversion of the Oliktok Pipeline to NGL service in response to the changing needs of its customers and to simplify the process of approval for future changes in the product transported.
