NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Seward Highway Corridor Study MP 0-90
RFP No. 25192001

The Contractor shall provide planning and related services to define transportation improvements and land development recommendations along the Seward Highway Corridor that will result in a baseline portrait of the corridor, with responsible, widely accepted future functions and management recommendations. The corridor study will facilitate coordination with local governments and state and federal agencies to develop the appropriate type and intensity of development for the corridor.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2018 to December 2020.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $200,000 to $250,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 10, 2018 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:00 PM. Persons residing outside the general vicinity may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by phoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than July 31, 2018, 4:00 PM prevailing time.
